O, my soul, Bless…

Announcing a new series of six evening classes with Reb David on the inner experience of prayer and how to use the Jewish prayer tradition to achieve it.

This class will be valuable for everyone exploring Judaism as an aid to their own personal spiritual development. It is especially good for those considering a deeper involvement with Jewish religion in their own lives.

No prior knowledge is needed.  Interest, willingness to open the heart and mind are required.

We will use traditional texts in translation as well as my own personal learning and yours to explore the nature of prayer and how the Jewish tradition guides, shapes and nurtures it.

Participants will gain foundational and applicable working knowledge of the form and flow of Jewish liturgy.

Thursday evenings, May 7, 14, 21, June 4, 11, 18, 7:30 – 9:00.

2644 Manitoba Street, Vancouver (between Main & Cambie, 10th & 11th)
